"Overpriced and completely disorganized service. This agency overcharges for what is, frankly, very poor service. I was initally quoted a decent price for my auto insurance, then came the rug pull. The first bill came significantly higher than comparable insurers with no clear justification, and the pricing continues to be ridiculously inflated. Even worse is the internal confusion—staff seem poorly coordinated, repeatedly giving conflicting information and showing little awareness of prior conversations. Simple questions turn into drawn-out exchanges because no one appears to be on the same page. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often unhelpful. It feels like there is very little accountability or effort to actually support customers once they’re signed up. Overall, I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere. There are better prices and far more competent service available without the frustration. If you don't want to do business with clowns, avoid this circus. Progressive or NYCM has much better pricing and superior customer service."

I’m sorry your experience felt confusing, frustrating, and poorly communicated. That is not the level of service we expect from our team. Insurance pricing can change after the initial quote when final underwriting, discounts, billing setup, or coverage details are confirmed, but we should have explained that clearly and consistently. We also should not have made you repeat yourself or left you feeling like no one was accountable. I would like the chance to personally review your file, compare the original quote to the issued policy and billing, and identify exactly where the breakdown happened. Please contact our office directly and ask for management so we can address this properly. We appreciate the opportunity to improve, and we take this seriously. "
